Weigh-in and Vaccine Clinic May 24th

Is your horse looking a little overweight after a winter on the round bale? Come check his/her weight at the T&J Gravel Pit on Thursday, May 24th. You can walk your horse onto the pit’s drive-on scale and get an accurate weight. Bring your weight tape to calibrate the tape weight and the actual weight of your horse(s). Dr. Susan Dent will also be offering the 5-way vaccine and EIA (Coggins) test. The charge to weight your horse is $10, the 5-way vaccine is $45, and the Coggins is $60. The $10 for the weigh-in all goes to the Mat-Su Backcountry Horsemen of Alaska to further its mission to improve our local trails. Dr. Dent will also donate 10% of her profits to BCHA.
